As former VP of Product and Compliance at Grow Glide, he led the development of cultivation systems, managed IP assets, and authored OSHA-compliant SOPs. At TSRgrow, he supports cultivators in implementing advanced LED lighting and smart cultivation technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and long-term success.
