Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation and registration for CannMed 24. By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined herein. Please read this Agreement carefully before completing your registration.

1. Registration:
1.1. All attendees, including speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and general participants, must complete the registration process to gain access to the Event.
1.2. Registrants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of registration.

2. Payment:
2.1. The registration fees for CannMed are as specified on www.cannmedevents.com and the registration website at the time of registration.
2.2. Payment is required in full at the time of registration and can be made using the designated payment methods on the registration payments page.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tickets@cannmedevents.com
3.2. Cancellations within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. Any request made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Any refund issued will be returned to the original form of payment.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations requested after March 1, 2024.
3.4. The 3% processing fee incurred during purchase is non-refundable.
3.5. Substitutions of registered attendees are allowed. Please email tickets@cannmedevents.com of any substitutions in advance.

4. Event Program:
4.1. CannMed Events reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, including session topics, speakers, and schedule, without prior notice.
4.2. While the Organizer will make every effort to adhere to the published program, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to the schedule or content.

5. Attendee Conduct:
5.1. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during CannMed.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the attendee's immediate removal from CannMed without refund.
5.3. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. CannMed Events is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
5.4 JW Marriott Marco Island is a non smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the event property. This includes, but is not limited to, indoor and outdoor areas, conference rooms, exhibition spaces, common areas, and any other designated event areas. This policy applies to all attendees, participants, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff.

6. Photography and Recording:
6.1. Attendees may be photographed or recorded during the Event. By participating, you grant the CannMed the right to use your likeness, image, and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Liability and Disclaimer:
7.1. CannMed Events is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the Event, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of CannMed.

8. Force Majeure:
8.1. CannMed Events shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government actions.

9. Changes to Terms:
9.1. CannMed Events reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on www.cannmedevents.com. By completing the registration process for CannMed 24, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
