Oliver Kruze is the Chief Executive Officer of Tikun Olam USA (Tikun) – a multi-state brand built upon two decades of pioneering research and science in Israel. Tikun Olam has amassed the world’s largest strain-specific patient data record base and has conducted over 30 clinical trials and studies based on its heirloom strains. Patients rely upon Tikun medicinal products in the USA, Europe, Canada, Israel, and Australia.

Oliver joined Tikun in 2019 as an analyst focused on corporate and financial strategy. In December 2022, he was appointed CEO after successfully leading Tikun through a complex restructuring requiring the conversion of $14m senior debt into common equity.

Oliver began his career in management consulting with Accenture, advising large corporates on strategy. Oliver is the Miami Chapter Lead of Cannabis LAB, a Venture for America alumnus, and holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College. In his free time, Oliver can be found on the waters of Biscayne Bay in pursuit of the next big fish.
