Dr. Willie J. McKinney is the founder and CEO of McKinney Regulatory Science Advisors, LLC. He leverages his experience from serving on FDA's Tobacco Product Scientific Advisory Committee and as Vice President of Regulatory Sciences at Altria to guide clients through the regulatory landscape. His previous roles include positions at JUUL Labs and various academic and research institutions.

Dr. McKinney holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of North Carolina and is certified by the American Board of Toxicology. His firm, McKinney Regulatory Science Advisors, is a consortium of expert advisors with over 25 years of experience in regulatory requirements for tobacco, offering customized application filing strategies and product testing plans.
