We recommend arriving on Tuesday, June 17th. Your registration package includes 3 nights hotel stay that begin on Tuesday evening, June 17th. If you would like to come in earlier or extend your hotel reservations, please reach out to Denise Marston at denise.marston@medicinalgenomics.com

Please make sure to review the schedule to determine what day is best for you to arrive. We hope to see you at the welcome reception on Tuesday night before we kick off the workshops in the morning!

The Full Summit Package includes a 3 Night Stay at the Wyndham, Meals, and Access to All Events at the Summit.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tickets@cannmedevents.com

Cancellations within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. Any request made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Any refund issued will be returned to the original form of payment.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations requested after March 1, 2025. The 3.5% processing fee incurred during purchase is non-refundable. Substitutions of registered attendees are allowed. Please email tickets@cannmedevents.com of any substitutions in advance.

We offer a few different options. If they only want to attend meals and not any sessions, when you go to register them, Select “Meal Plan” for accompanying guests who wish to join us for meals but won't attend any sessions. The Meal Plan is $800.

Please note that this package does not include access to sessions or lodging (guests may lodge with a full summit attendee at no additional cost).

If they are interested in attending sessions we also offer the 3 Day All Access Pass or you can choose a specific day and purchase a 1 Day All Access Pass

Daytime Summit Sessions (Business Casual) - Tropical Professional: Lightweight, as networking activities and meals are outside

Beachside Dinners (Coastal Casual) - Relaxed yet polished, with breezy and light fabrics, perfect for dining by the beach in a laid-back yet sophisticated style.

Beach Day Activity (Island Leisure)- Swimwear & Relaxed Style for fun in the sun. Think comfort and mobility for beach activities like cornhole, kayaking, swimming and more.

CannMed 25 Policy on Consumption
CannMed 2025 will be held in Puerto Rico, a medical cannabis state. Attendees wishing to consume cannabis will require a valid medical cannabis card. You may use your medical card from any U.S. state. Smoking is permitted on the beach; however, we ask that you move down the beach, away from the hotel’s beach chairs, to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. Please be mindful of local regulations and respect the event’s shared spaces.
