Dr. Jean Talleyrand is a board certified family physician with 28 years experience as a cannabis specialist .  He began his career at University of California, San Francisco, learning from a community of HIV/AIDS and Chronic Pain cannabis patients.

Recognizing a gap in cannabis studies, he established a nonprofit research organization focused on community cannabis use.  His achievements include developing a cannabinoid and terpene algorithm to classify cannabis by chemotype rather than "sativa-hybrid-indica" and generating real world evidence on community accessible cannabis products to establish safety and efficacy parameters.  Dr. Talleyrand is fascinated by plant medicine,  believing that the future of medicine will be based on personalized multi-agent formulations.
