Proprietary Blend of Hemp Actives Successfully Treats Long Covid
In 2020 as the global COVID pandemic unfolded, I utilized my prior experience in developing therapeutics for HIV (another RNA virus) and developed a novel therapeutic using active ingredients sourced from hemp flower. In June of 2020, we started working with Long Covid patients and found the therapeutic showed promise for these patients. In March 2021 we received full IRB approval for a randomized, placebo-controlled trial of the formulation in human patients diagnosed with Long Covid. In October of 2022 we published the results of the trial in a peer reviewed medical journal.  Our formulation had successfully attenuated 8 of the 9 symptoms studied while doubling participants quality of life scores within 28 days, all without any significant adverse events in the trial.
