Dr. Tanya Scott Cannady is a luminary in the healthcare sector, wielding an impressive amalgam of expertise and passion that has reshaped patient care and leadership within hospitals and enterprise systems nationwide. With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Scott Cannady has emerged as a nationally recognized figure in healthcare, celebrated for her innovative approaches to patient care and her dedication to transforming healthcare paradigms.

Hailing from a solid educational foundation, Dr. Scott Cannady embarked on her journey at East Carolina University, where she acquired a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her desire for knowledge and commitment to fostering inclusive environments led her to the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Masters of Human Relations, with a focus inMulticultural Organizational Development and Management. In 2023, she further augmented her qualifications by obtaining a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the University of San Francisco, alongside a Certificate in Cannabis Therapeutics from Pacific College.

Currently based in the vibrant state of California, Dr. Scott Cannady's illustrious career is marked by her role as Clinical Services Director for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland. Her leadership transcends conventional boundaries, as she also co-leads the equity, inclusion, and diversity program in the East Bay, reflecting her unwavering commitment to creating ahealthcare environment that champions social equity and inclusivity.

A pioneer in her field, Dr. Scott Cannady developed the "Connected Health Economy" in 2009, a revolutionary concept that intertwines social determinants of health with a connected care community paradigm. This approach underscores her vision of a healthcare system that is not only interconnected but also attuned to the multifaceted needs of the community it serves.

Dr. Scott Cannady's contributions to healthcare extend beyond her administrative roles. Despite her busy professional life, Dr. Scott Cannady finds solace and joy in the tranquility of ranch-life in French Camp, California.
