Zachary Wise is the VP of Cultivation at Happy Valley, where he leads their cultivation teams and their breeding program, Happy Valley Genetics. He began working with industry leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2009, including Harborside Health Center in Oakland, CA, and moved back east in 2013 to take advantage of emerging markets in New England. He founded his consulting company Deep Search Solutions and began helping groups design and operate cultivation facilities. In 2017 he Co-Founded ICPS, LLC and was awarded the 9th state cultivation license in Rhode Island. He has since consulted on over one million square feet of cultivation canopy, leading groups through facility design and operation, and providing them with information and technologies to help modernize and streamline their businesses. After exiting Rhode Island, Zach found a home at Happy Valley, and amongst many things is excited to be working on a marker-assisted breeding project for the new genetics branch of the company.
