CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tickets@cannmedevents.com
- Cancellations within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. Any request made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Any refund issued will be returned to the original form of payment.
- No refunds will be issued for any cancellations requested after March 1, 2024.
- The 3% processing fee incurred during purchase is non-refundable.
- Substitutions of registered attendees are allowed. Please email tickets@cannmedevents.com of any substitutions in advance.
ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED. THE OPPORTUNITIES ARE NOT.
